Update for the 2024 Jacques and Clarisse Gallant Family Reunion
We’re excited to see you all soon at the 2024 Jacques and Clarisse Gallant Family Reunion! As the event approaches, we have some important updates and reminders to share with you:
- Schedule and Grounds Setup:
- The detailed schedule for the reunion can be found here: https://gallantreunion.com/?page_id=1378.
- Please review it to see when the grounds will be open for those of you arriving early to set up tents or trailers.
- Fees for the Weekend:
- Kindly remember to pay the reunion fees by July 12th.
- All adults above the age of 25 pay $50 each
- Adults 18-25 pay $30 each
- You can do this through e-transfer to louisekervin@gmail.com. If you have any questions regarding payment, please reach out to Adrienne.

- Family Concert Acts:
- We’re still looking for acts to participate in the concert on Saturday night! If you’re interested or know someone who might be, please contact Harlee Grenier at harleegrenier@gmail.com or via text at 902-215-0865 to sign up.
- Airport Pick-Ups:
- If you require assistance with airport pick-ups, please communicate your plans with us as soon as possible so we can make arrangements accordingly.
- Food Allergies and Preferences:
- Since the event will be catered, it’s crucial that we know about any food allergies, intolerances, or preferences by July 15th. Please inform us at reunion@gallantreunion.com.
- Singing at the Gravesite:
- For those interested in participating in the singing at the gravesite, please contact Elaine. You can reach her via email at e.black@pei.sympatico.ca, or by text or phone at 902-218-3855. We’re also looking for someone who can lead the family in singing along.
- Clothing for Family Photo:
- We’ll continue with the Acadian thee, as in previous years.
- Please bring clothing in red, white, blue, or yellow for the family photos.
- PEI Quilt Hang Out Day – Saturday, August 3rd:
- We are encouraged to hang quilts on a line, a fence, or anywhere on that day.
- Donna thought that it would be a great idea if those of us who have a quilt from Aunt Alvina would hang it on that day at the reunion.
